Describe one of your most memorable transactions/ clients.
My most memorable transactions was meeting clients from an online lead. We clicked instantly and I help this young couple from Brooklyn find the home of their dreams, but it almost didn't happen. The deal was a short sale and the cooperating agent was not very familiar with them. The buyer's were getting discouraged and were ready to give up. Behind the scenes, I was giving the listing agent pointers on how to make the deal move along so that my client's didn't lose the house. We got an approval and we were able to close and my clients got a great house for a great deal.

I have always had a love for real estate, but when my clients call me and tell me, we really love our house, that makes it all worth while.

I love good food and traveling. I take me time about every 6 weeks. I take up to 2 vacations a year. I usually plan them in advance so I always let my clients know when I will be out of town. I find it very important to take the time for myself so that I don't get burnt out.
